ISTP recently completed the installation of a high-performance video conferencing system in a client’s executive boardroom. The system is centered around Poly solutions, delivering exceptional video and audio quality for hybrid collaboration environments.
The boardroom features two wall-mounted Samsung 65" 4K displays, providing a clear and immersive visual experience for both in-room and remote participants.
At the heart of the system is the Poly Studio X72, Poly’s flagship video bar. This all-in-one device is powered and controlled via the Poly TC10 Touch Controller, ensuring seamless operation and intuitive control.
For audio pickup, a Poly tabletop extension microphone has been deployed. However, to further enhance audio coverage, the system is set to be upgraded with the addition of two ceiling microphones in the near future.
The Poly Studio X72 is equipped with dual 4K cameras offering 70° and 120° fields of view, and features Poly DirectorAI technology. This advanced feature enables intelligent framing and speaker tracking, delivering a dynamic, broadcast-quality video experience.
To complement the conferencing system, a Neat Pad is installed at the entrance to manage room scheduling and availability, creating a fully integrated and user-friendly meeting space.
